Chuck Todd of MSNBC made the request of Hillary Clinton to release her paid Wall Street (Goldman Sachs) speeches, which has since (in concert) been repeated and requested by Bernie Sanders on the campaign trail.

The only obvious reason why Chuck Todd and Bernie Sanders want to see transcripts of Hillary Clinton’s paid Wall Street (Goldman Sachs) speeches is to reveal comments that would damage the presidential aspirations of Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton should continue to state she will release her paid speeches—when the same request is asked (and complied with) of all other candidates seeking the 2016 democratic and republican nomination for president.

Bernie Sanders and his campaign staff have been making the claim that Bernie has not done any Wall Street speeches, so there is no transcripts for Bernie to release. To Bernie Sanders and his campaign staff, “Forget About Wall Street Speeches”

Bernie Sanders should release the transcripts of any paid or unpaid speeches he has given, especially any speech where he espouses (what some may consider) his extreme and radical socialist or redistribution of wealth  ideology; so America can be made aware of any comments that would damage the presidential aspirations of Bernie Sanders.

*Regarding Bernie Sanders impeccable record as the quintessential  liberal and progressive:

Bernie Sanders not only voted for, but co-sponsored: H.R.629 - Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Consent Act. Bernie Sanders co-sponsored legislation and voted to dump toxic nuclear waste on low-income Hispanics.

Before Bernie Sanders or any other 2016 democratic or republican presidential candidate, it was Hillary Clinton who took time out from the campaign trial to visit Flint, Michigan--and prior to that sent surrogates to Flint, Michigan to ascertain the situation. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/01/19/after-hillary-clinton-champions-lead-issue-flint-mayor-endorses-her/

Flint, Michigan mayor Karen Weaver, endorses Hillary Clinton

And while Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders has called for the resignation or Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, a Republican, Weaver said that Clinton's level of engagement surpasses any other candidate in the presidential field.

"She has actually been the only, the only candidate — Democrat or Republican — to reach out and talk about: 'What can I do?'" Weaver said. "'What kind of help do you need?'"

When the horrific church shootings/murders occurred in Charleston, South Carolina, Hillary Clinton left the campaign trail to attended the funeral of South Carolina State Senator, Clementa C. Pinckney. First Lady Michelle Obama attended and President Obama delivered the eulogy. The service was also attended by a congressional delegation led by then U.S. Speaker of the House, John Boehner.

Vice-President Joe Biden also attended, making it a rare occurrence where the top three elected U.S Government officials (in line for succession) were in the same location outside of Washington D.C. Bernie Sanders did not attend the funeral.

Bernie Sanders voted to deregulate Wall Street when he voted for the 2000 “Commodity Futures Modernization Act”—Bernie Sanders did not have to vote for the legislation as it overwhelmingly passed the U.S. House of Representatives with a 377-4 vote. Bernie could have stood up during floor debate and railed against the legislation; then in holding with his liberal and progressive ideology, voted against the legislation that deregulated Wall Street. https://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/106-2000/h540

Bernie Sanders in 2006 supported “states rights” for same-sex marriage.

Excerpts from Bernie Sanders answer--the whole question and answer starts at 26:59 until 27:53 of the linked C-Span video. 2006 Vermont Senate Debate

"Yea, I am not a great fan, part of the second part of Don't Ask Don't Tell"......"I was a strong supporter of civil unions, I believe that, I believe voted against the DOMA Bill""I believe that the Federal Government should not be involved in overturning Massachusetts or any other state, because I think Stuart, the whole issue of marriage is a state issue, that's what it is, so that is my view on that"
